Just a few thoughts on educational topics seen from a viewpoint rather far removed from all classrooms. I have worked in primary, secondary modern, grammar and comprehensive schools as well as at college and university level. Following a spell working with an educational quango I’m trying to keep my hand in with a bit of publishing—and these comments on the way I see education today.
